Judith Schroback had been an educator in the New York City Public School System for 34 years. Her most recent role was as Principal of P.S. 60 Queens from 1991 to 2004. Throughout her tenure Ms. Schroback has helped mold many future administrators by providing hands on experiences in every phase of administration. As a member of the New York City Distinguished Faculty, she worked with new principals to give them the support needed to become effective instructional leaders

During the past few years Ms. Schroback has had extensive training and experience coaching educators, including current and aspiring school administrators. This has been an outgrowth of her work as a Mentor Principal for the Education Administration and Supervision program at Hunter College where she coordinates monthly field visits to various New York City Public Schools. Ms. Schroback received degrees from Queens College and Hofstra University, has taken post graduate courses at Adelphi and attended a Summer Principal's Institute at Harvard University.

She has participated in many educational conferences and presented at ASCD. In addition, she has received several awards, including Effective Leadership= Effective Schools in 1997and Supervisor of the Year in 2000.
