Miriam Klein, trained in the Star Factor Emotional IntelligenceProgram and became its' first certified Coach. She has been privileged tocoach Principals, Teachers, and Psychotherapists, among others. Ms.Klein, an award winning School Principal, created P.S. 36 in 1984, aschool for seriously emotionally disturbed students. Using apsycho-educational approach to address the complex needs of this population the school expanded to include a main building and fiveannexes. Education she taught Aspiring Principals, and worked for New Visions For Public Education as a mentor for new Principals. She also taught in City College's Graduate Education Program. Upon retiring Ms. Klein was asked to respond to a New York State Department of Education Grant and created a Day Treatment Program serving the needs of formerly
