What I love about coaching is: I love coaching because I can’t think of any more satisfying work than to be involved with people as they grow personally and professionally, particularly school leaders. I truly believe that you can’t have a great school without a great self-aware leader, and I am truly grateful for any role I can play in transforming schools through the development of great leadership.
