Vivian Todini - Star Factor Coach​For the last twenty-five years, Vivian Todini has worked with leaders of educational and nonprofit organizations to develop their leadership presence and impact. Avidly interested in and committed to each individual’s growth, she works closely with leaders to build on their unique strengths and their distinct communications styles. Over the last two decades, she has worked with senior professionals including judges, attorneys, deans, professors, and nonprofit leaders to support their efforts to align their vision with effective messaging and delivery.

Through this partnership, leaders ultimately achieve a greater impact within their organizations and glean a deeper capacity to affect change at both a personal and professional level. To help organizations develop talent, Vivian has also worked with young professionals interested in honing a vision for their future career paths.

Vivian started her career in journalism and has held senior communications positions at the City University of New York School of Law and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has extensive experience working with leaders as thought partners and consulting clients have included Macaulay Honors College, the Student Leadership Network’s CollegeBound Initiative and The Young Women’s Leadership Schools, the Puerto Rican Legal Defense Fund, the Asian American Legal Defense Fund, and The Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut, among others.

She has guest lectured to law students on how to pair legal and communications strategies to advance social justice agendas. In addition, she penned “Jean-Paul & Simone in the Digital Age,” a muse on a modern existential dialogue in Philosophy Now and has ghost-written and published op-eds and letters to the editor, on behalf of leaders, in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Law Journal, The Los Angeles Times and The Daily News.

She is a journalism graduate of William Paterson University and holds a master’s degree in Communications and Culture from New York University.
